I have been a Landlord for 15 years, in that time I have bought, sold, rented and renovated every type of property. After dealing with all types of Estate Agents and having very mixed opinions of them in 2015 I started CWB property with a vision to create a community estate agency with an ethos of great customer service.
Hobbies: Participating in Combat Sports, Reading, Watching Movies, spending time with my 3 children and generally making my wife happy!
Likes: Holidays, Music, cooking up a mean BBQ
Dislikes: Poor customer service, False advertising and Queuing!!
Hi I’m kate, wine loving mum of 3, I came into the industry just over 3 years ago and my passion for selling houses has grown ever since. Working for a community based family agency is something that I’m very proud to be part of. The housing industry has changed rapidly over the past year and this is something that I’ve embraced and enjoyed the challenge. For the days that I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dog, holidaying and basically doing anything we haven’t been allowed to do over the past year! Looking forward, I believe that CWB will continue to be the market leaders in the area and I look forward to being part of the expansion.
I am Warrens wife of 18 years and have been on this property journey with him for the past 12!! I'm often found in the office or out on viewings (which is my favourite part of the job). I have a background in customer service having worked for both the hospitality industry and the fitness industry for many years.
Hobbies: Reading, fitness (especially boxing) , playing with our 3 children and our dog Muggles, being a cub scout leader and all that that involves and internet shopping!!
Likes: Alfresco drinking with friends, holidays and weekends away.

Hi I am Laura and I look after all our tenant & landlords payments. I've been a Book Keeper for over 20 years and have a love for spreadsheets! Geek, I know! I have been working for CWB for over 2 years and enjoy the variety each day brings!
In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I have 2 sons so they keep me very busy! I enjoy walking, it's even more fun if the walk has a pub at the end of it!
I enjoy a good horror film, Poltergeist is a favourite of mine!

I have lived in the local community all my life (growing older disgracefully therefore number of years undisclosed) and have been in the financial services industry since September 2002.After some very mixed experiences with Estate Agents over those years, I was really impressed by CWB and share their ethos that fair and honest customer service is far more important than a targeted sales team. I love the fact that they care and are as proud of our community as I am. I am happy and proud to affiliate myself with Warren and the team.

Hi I'm Courtney, the property manager for CWB Property. I first joined the property industry in 2015 via an apprenticeship and have remained within the lettings sector ever since. I love the variety each day brings, the new people and constantly learning.
When the position with CWB came up i was keen to join a company that supports their local community.
Likes: Trying out new and exotic restaurants, spending time with the family and sunbathing by the pool.
Dislikes: The rain, early mornings and cooking.
As the newest member of the CWB team my role is to shepherd the team each week to ensure we’re running at our best and to sniff out the best buyers for our properties and hunt down the best tenants for our landlords.
