The property must be listed with CWB Property on a sole agency contract, should the vendor decide to change this to multi agency and CWB Property subsequently secure a sale, CWB Property will not be liable to cover the legal fees of the sale.
The vendor will be expected to cover any initial down payment or deposit made to the solicitor that may include (but not limited to) the payment of searches, AML checks and ID verification. This money will be deducted from the CWB Property sales fee upon completion.
The offer is only applicable to vendors signing up at our full Sales fee. Should the vendor ask for a reduced fee they waive the right to have the legal fees paid by CWB Property.
The solicitor fee CWB Property will pay is capped at £1200.
This offer is not applicable to those on a fixed fee or any leasehold property.
