Giving Back to Our Community

At CWB Property, we believe that being a part of our community goes beyond helping people find homes – we’re dedicated to giving back and supporting the local area in meaningful ways.

We host and participate in various community events throughout the year, such as our annual Easter Egg Hunt and Halloween Costume Giveaway, bringing families together while supporting local causes.

During the festive season, we proudly serve as a drop-off point for the My Shining Star Christmas Gift Appeal, collecting donations for children battling cancer. We also collect for two local care homes – Pilgrims’ View and Rectory Close.

Our community efforts don’t stop there. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched a community campaign to deliver essential items like food and prescriptions to those most in need.

With the help of volunteers, we distributed over 7,500 leaflets offering assistance, and we’re proud to have supported over 100 vulnerable people during lockdown.

For this, we were honoured with the Pride of Snodland Award, recognising our commitment to the community.

One of our most heartfelt initiatives was helping a homeless, elderly couple find a new place to live after a fire. We helped them secure a suitable home within a week and waived our fees to make their move easier.

The community rallied together, donating furniture and essentials, showing the local spirit of Snodland.

With our new West Malling office, we look forward to extending our community work and helping more people locally.
