Ending Your Tenancy: When it’s time to move on, we’ll assist with the end-of-tenancy process, including any necessary checks, ensuring your departure is as smooth as your arrival.

At CWB Property, we like to be open and transparent about everything and that includes our fees for tenants.

We’re often asked, “Are there any administration fees payable during my tenancy?”

As a professional and honest agency, we adhere to the Tenant Fees Act and the ban on tenant fees, which came into force in 2019.

This means we will not charge you any administration fees during your tenancy except for in a very few situations.

We’re also asked this by prospective tenants: “Can you give me a breakdown of what it will cost me to move in?”

Should you be interested in moving into one of our homes, we will send you an email with a complete breakdown of exactly how much it will cost you to move in.
